    ‍♂️We get asked alot how does the resin bound system work on balconies as its porous.

    ‍At SWSS we waterproof the balcony first with our own system completely sealing the surface before the resin bound install.

    ‍♂️Now water and rain can drain through the resin bound surface and travel along the waterproofing down to the gutter causing NO future problems with damp or water damage

    No bud we use a polyurethane system. I don't like GRP it's too rigid. The PU has much better flexibility and just feel it will be more compatible with the resin
