    Had a design printed on vinyl from local signwriting store stuck it to a piece of MDF Drawered around it with a pencil cut it out Cut a 45° angle of the back where the rotor so it was easier to slip out lubed the edges laid around it Waited until it was almost cured completely and pulled out the template
